Experience Required

  • 2-5+ years experience working in the landscape industry and ability to read & understand project blueprints/designs
  • Able to work in and appreciate very hot days, very cold days, rainy days, and beautiful days.
  • Is team-oriented with a positive and go-getter attitude.
  • Takes pride in their work and delivering the best service and product possible.
  • Shows up to work on time, ready to work every day.
  • Must demonstrate an insatiable energy to learn and be challenged. We want to offer the best service and bring to life our clients’ dream outdoor space and are only prepared to invest in the best people.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
  • Valid license, clean driving history, pass a pre-employment drug test.

Duties & Tasks

  • Overseeing the team when completing hydroseeding projects including driving the truck, mixing product, and more. Candidate may also provide assistance to the team(s) working on landscape/outdoor living projects if additional help is needed.
  • Bring suggestions for improvement to every weekly meeting.
  • Communicate with our clients regularly, and constantly “check-in” with them ensuring that our service is exceeding their expectations.
  • Safely operate trucks, hydroseeding machines, trailers, excavators, skid-steers, demo saws, and all other hand and power tools sufficiently and according to our safety guidelines.
