Regarding the installation of the bullnosed edging around the house, every line was straight and every curved area was PERFECT. The stated claim that the work is "done right the first time" as an absolute fact. Mother nature threw us some curve balls with heavy rain and he quickly came back to repair the damage. We were under a tight schedule with the irrigation people and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Much to my surprise, John came out the same day I contacted him to go over my landscaping plans. Thankfully he showed me some of the pros/cons to my ideas and he had much better ideas and cost savings! Within a few days, and just a rain delay, John and his crew came. Within hours the transformation was the talk of the neighborhood! His crews couldn't have been more professional and respectful and it was a joy to see their results, and John always texted when he would be there. Part of the savings was to have the lawn seeding done in a few weeks as it would better take in the fall. He didn't have to wait, but instead offered this so I could save money.
